Reginald C. Price was born on May 17, 1911. He was a water resources engineer, who, from 1947-1949, was the Special Assistant to Assistant Secretary William W. Warne and Chairman of the Subcommittee on Resources Policy of the Interagency Committee on the Development of Alaska. He died on July 2, 1977 in Bethesda, Maryland.
